Meet Our iTrip® Atlanta Property Managers

Lora Clemens and Kellie Simpson own and manage iTrip Atlanta. They provide owners and guests a positive, memorable experience through personalized short-term property management services in the greater metro Atlanta market.

Lora was a regional vice president of a retail company for 35 years. She was born and raised in Ohio, and her career took her to Indiana, Illinois and California. For over 20 years, she has made Atlanta her home.

Kellie is originally from Wyoming. After school, Kellie traveled and landed in California where she met her husband, John, and started her family. In 2007, her husband’s job brought them to Atlanta, and she never looked back. Kellie’s background is in education and customer service.

Lora and Kellie meet in 2015. After Lora left her corporate retail position, they decided to start a business together. They developed a real estate investment company in which they bought forgotten houses and rehabbed them into beautiful family homes. Through their experience as investors, they became aware of the void in management companies that understood the needs of both owners and guests in short-term rentals. While managing their own properties, they developed a passion for creating memories for every guest. Lora and Kellie are excited to bring this experience and success to the urban vacation rental market in Atlanta.

The greater Atlanta area has so much to offer. Many people visit the city for music, sports, dining, culture and nightlife, however they also want to support others in having an sublime experience while staying in 'Hotlanta'.
